Wreath-laying ceremony of seven soldiers held at Tezpur

Digital Desk, February 12: The Indian Army paid last respects to the seven soldiers on Saturday. Notably, the bravehearts were part of a patrol which was stuck by an avalanche in the high-altitude area of Kameng sector in Arunachal Pradesh on February 6.

”Wreath laying ceremony of Havaldar Jugal Kishore, Rifleman Arun Kattle, Rifleman Akshay Pathania (all from Jammu) , Rifleman Vishal Sharma, Rifleman Rakesh Singh, Rifleman Akash Bhardwaj and Gunner (TA) Gunjan Singh of Indian Army who made supreme sacrifice in the line of duty, was held at Tezpur Air Force  Station on Saturday around 6.40 AM,” Defence spokesman Lt Col Devender  Anand said. ”General Officer Commanding, Gajrao Corps, Lt Gen Ravin Khosla and other military Officials paid last respects to the bravehearts,” he added.
