Digital Desk, July 8:”The zero teacher schools will be amalgamated and merged with the nearest school where there are sufficient teachers. Rationalization of teachers, issue of kutcha building of schools, etc. will also be addressed as soon as possible,” State Education Minister Ranoj Pegu said during a meeting held at the Conference Hall of Deputy Commissioner’s office, Bongaigaon on Thursday.
The infrastructure problems of schools will be solved in the coming two years under the guidance of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. ”Especially for classes IX and X, digital classes will be arranged,” Ranoj Pegu added. Many dignitaries including Bharat Dev Choudhury, Secretary of Secondary Education, Mamata Choudhury, Director of Secondary Education were also present during the meeting.
