Northeast’s first cow ambulance service introduced in Dibrugarh

Digital Desk, April 30: Northeast’s first cow ambulance service was launched at Gopal Goushala in Dibrugarh by Biswajit Pegu, Deputy Commissioner of Dibrugarh. ”I thank the members of Gopal Goushala for such an initiative. The cow ambulance will be first ambulance service for cows in the entire Northeast which will provide service to the sick and injured cows,” Biswajit Pegu said during the inauguration of the service.

Nirmal Beria, president of Gopal Goushala said that the ambulance service will dedicatedly work for the sick cows in the district.”We bought the ambulance from Ahmedabad and the ambulance is fitted with a hydraulic lifting system which makes it easier to lift the cows,” he added. Animals are sensitive too like human beings. They have the right to be treated equally. This dedicated service is truly a great initiative by the members of Gopal Goushala.
