Himanta Biswa Sarma reviewed the flood-affected areas of Hojai district

Digital Desk, July 12: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma reviewed the flood-affected areas of Hojai district. Sarma visited Dakhin Kenduguri site in Hojai district. He inspected the huge loss caused by the flood water of river Kapili in the site. He interacted with the local people and assured them to initiate all possible steps in this regard.

He went to the flood-relief camps in Pub Nabhanga. He took part in a meeting with the respective officials in Dakhin Jugijan. Moreover, Sarma directed PWD (Public Works Department) officials to submit reports on damaged roads for continuing of repairing work in the site. Notably, Himanta Biswa Sarma was accompanied by Anupam Choudhury, Deputy Commissioner, Hojai and MLAs Ramkrishna Ghosh and Sibu Misra.
