RS Pura (J & K) , August 20 : Children celebrated Raksha Bandhan with the Border Security Force (BSF) personnel in the RS Pura area of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. BSF personnel were in ecstacy to have the kids tie them Rakhis and celebrate the festival of Raksha Bandhan with them.
Expressing their feelings at the celebration, Constable Satyender Singh conveyed happiness saying “The children made us feel celebrating at home which we miss everyday and this is worth remembering”. BSF personnel Dev Raj said, “My real sister may be far away from us but we still have sisters here for the festival”.
A girl affirmed that they will continue to celebrate such festivals with the BSF personnel “who work hard for the safety of this country and it’s people”. This year India will observe the occasion on August 22.
