Guwahati, 13th January – On Friday, 13th January in the early trade of the year Rupee got depreciated by 13 paise to 81.43 against the U.S Dollar due to the weighed down by firm crude oil prices and a muted trend in domestic equities. The domestic unit opened weak at 81.32 at the Interbank Foreign Exchange against the dollar, then fell to 81.43, registering a reduction of 13 paise over its last close.
On Thursday, 12 January In the previous session,the rupee gained 38 paise to close at 81.30 against the US dollar.
